1. About Monorail and Its Affiliates

Monorail, Inc. is the parent company of Monorail Securities, LLC (“Monorail Securities”) and Monorail IP, LLC. Monorail Securities is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (CRD No. 285309 / SEC File No. 801-108517). Registration with the SEC does not imply any particular level of skill or training and does not mean that the SEC has approved or endorsed the firm or its services.

Monorail Securities is not a registered broker-dealer and is not a member of FINRA or SIPC. References on this site to “Monorail” refer to Monorail Securities unless otherwise stated.

Monorail transacts business only in jurisdictions where it is registered or is excluded or exempt from registration. Monorail is registered or notice-filed in all states. This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publication or availability of this information would be contrary to local law.

2. Nature of Services; No Offer or Solicitation

Monorail Securities provides investment advisory services to clients through an online advisory platform. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, or to provide investment advisory services, in any jurisdiction where such an offer, solicitation, purchase, or sale would be unlawful.

Information on this site is general and educational. It does not consider your individual objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or needs, and it is not individualized investment advice. Personalized advice is provided only after you engage Monorail Securities, complete our account documentation, and receive our required disclosures.

Recommendations generated through the platform are based on the information you provide. If that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, the resulting recommendations may not be appropriate for you.

3. Investment Risk

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Investments are not FDIC insured, are not bank guaranteed, and may lose value. Diversification and asset allocation do not ensure a profit or protect against loss in a declining market. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives or that any advisory objective will be met.

4. Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any performance information presented on this site is net of Monorail Securities’ advisory fees and reflects the reinvestment of dividends and other earnings. Individual client results will vary based on account size, timing of contributions and withdrawals, fees, and market conditions.

5. Fees and Expenses

Monorail Securities charges an advisory fee as described in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure and in your advisory agreement. In addition to Monorail Securities’ advisory fee, accounts invested in exchange-traded funds bear a proportionate share of the internal operating expenses of those funds. These fund-level expenses are separate from, and in addition to, the advisory fee you pay Monorail Securities. Clients may also incur brokerage, custodial, transaction, wire, account transfer, and other third-party charges. The compounding effect of fees and expenses reduces returns over time.

6. Custody, Clearing, and SIPC

Client accounts are opened through ViewTrade Securities, Inc. and are custodied and cleared by Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex”). Monorail Securities does not custody client assets; Apex serves as the qualified custodian for client accounts.

Apex is a member of FINRA and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). SIPC protection applies only if the brokerage firm holding your assets fails financially, and is limited to $500,000 per customer, including a $250,000 limit for cash. SIPC does not protect against a decline in the market value of your investments. Explanatory information is available at www.sipc.org.

7. Paid Endorsements

Current status. Monorail Securities has no endorsement, spokesperson, or influencer arrangement in effect with any person, and is not disseminating any compensated endorsement advertising.

Prior arrangements. Monorail Securities previously compensated public figures to endorse its services. Those arrangements were facilitated through Salem Communications Group, with whom Monorail Securities no longer has a relationship. Compensation was paid in cash as a flat fee and was not based on the number of accounts opened, the amount of assets invested, or investment performance. The individuals compensated were not clients of, and were not investors in, Monorail Securities or any of its affiliates, and the views they expressed were not based on any experience as a Monorail client.

Legacy content. Content created during those arrangements may remain publicly accessible on social media accounts, podcasts, video platforms, and other channels that Monorail Securities does not own or control. Monorail Securities does not adopt, endorse, or verify that content. Any such content reflects arrangements that are no longer in effect and should not be relied upon as a current statement about Monorail Securities or its services.

Conflict of interest. Because these individuals were compensated, they had a financial incentive to recommend Monorail Securities and to make favorable statements about it regardless of whether its services were suitable for any particular person. That was a material conflict of interest at the time the content was created, and it remains relevant to how any legacy content should be evaluated.

No client experience represented. You should not assume that any client has had, or will have, an experience similar to anything described in that content.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. For information about Monorail Securities’ services, fees, conflicts of interest, and disciplinary history, please review our Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS at adviserinfo.sec.gov.

8. Monorail’s Managed Portfolios

Monorail’s portfolios invest primarily in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) selected using screening criteria intended to identify companies whose business activities are consistent with conservative and/or biblical values.

These criteria are inherently subjective. Reasonable people, including people who share these values, may disagree about whether any particular company or fund meets them. Monorail Securities does not control the holdings of the third-party ETFs held in these portfolios, and those holdings change over time. Monorail does not continuously review every underlying holding of every fund, and no assurance can be given that every holding will align with your particular values at all times.

Applying values-based screens narrows the universe of available investments. As a result, these portfolios may perform differently from, and may underperform, strategies that do not apply such screens. Values-based screening is not designed to enhance returns and does not reduce investment risk.

Investing in these portfolios involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

9. Third-Party Content, Links, and Social Media

This site may contain links to third-party websites and may reproduce third-party content. Monorail Securities does not control, adopt, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of that content, and provides it for convenience and general information only.

Comments, likes, shares, ratings, and similar interactions on Monorail Securities’ social media pages by clients or others may be considered testimonials or endorsements under applicable rules. Monorail Securities does not adopt or verify statements made by third parties about the firm.

10. Forward-Looking Statements

Statements on this site that are not historical facts, including any statements about future market conditions, expected returns, or anticipated outcomes, are forward-looking. Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. Monorail Securities undertakes no obligation to update any forward-looking statement.

11. No Tax or Legal Advice

Monorail Securities does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing on this site should be construed as such advice. You should consult your own tax, accounting, and legal advisers regarding your circumstances before making any investment decision.

12. Important Documents
