Rev. September 22, 2026
Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
▪ Social Security number and date of birth
▪ Account balances and account transactions
▪ Assets and investment experience
▪ Risk tolerance, investment objectives, and transaction history
▪ Contact information and, for app users, device and login information
When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
How?
All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Monorail Securities chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.
________________________________________
Reasons we can share your personal information
For our everyday business purposes –
such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus
For sharing with the investment adviser who referred you –
the limited information listed under Other important information below
For our marketing purposes –
to offer our products and services to you
For joint marketing with other financial companies
For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes –
information about your transactions and experiences
For our affiliates’ everyday business purposes –
information about your creditworthiness
For our affiliates to market to you
For nonaffiliates to market to you

To limit our sharing
Please note: If you are a new customer, we may begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. Return the form at the end of this notice within that window if you want your limits in place from the start. Limits you set later take effect as soon as reasonably practicable after we receive them. Your choices stay in effect until you tell us to change them, in writing or through the Monorail app. You may change them at any time — including after you are no longer our customer, when we continue to share as this notice describes unless you have limited it.
Questions? Call 941-925-2121, email privacy@monorail.com, or write to Monorail Securities LLC, Attn: Chief Compliance Officer, 3322 Bee Ridge Rd., Sarasota, FL 34239.

Who we are
Who is providing this notice? Monorail Securities LLC, an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC File No. 801-108517).
What we do
How does Monorail Securities protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We restrict access to your information to those employees and service providers who need it to do their work, and we maintain a written information security program and an incident response program as required by Regulation S-P. If sensitive customer information about you has been, or is reasonably likely to have been, accessed or used without authorization, we will notify you within thirty days, as Regulation S-P requires.
How does Monorail Securities collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you open an account, complete a risk questionnaire, give us your contact information, direct us to buy or sell securities, or register on the Monorail app. We also collect your personal information from others, such as our clearing firm, our custodian, credit bureaus, affiliates, the investment adviser who referred you to us, and other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only (i) sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; (ii) affiliates from using your information to market to you; and (iii) sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. We give you two choices federal law does not require: you may stop our sharing with the investment adviser who referred you, and you may stop our sharing with our affiliates for their everyday business purposes. We do still share for our everyday business purposes and for our own marketing, because we need that information to open and run your account and federal law does not allow you to limit it. See below for more on your rights under state law.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
▪ Our affiliates are Monorail, Inc., HD Money, Inc., Monorail IP, LLC and Monorail Financial Holdings, LLC. Of these, only Monorail, Inc. and HD Money, Inc. receive any of your personal information. Monorail IP, LLC and Monorail Financial Holdings, LLC receive none of it.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
▪ Nonaffiliates we share with include our clearing firm and custodian, ViewTrade Securities, Inc. and Apex Clearing Corporation; the investment advisers that refer clients to us under written solicitor agreements; and the service providers that support our billing, reporting, technology, and compliance functions.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
▪ We don’t jointly market.
Other important information
Referring advisers (solicitors). We pay unaffiliated investment advisers, and an investment adviser under common control with us, to refer prospective clients to us. At present the affiliated referring adviser is HD Money, Inc. Where you were referred to us by such an adviser, we share the following information with that adviser, and nothing more: your name; the referral identifier or promotional code that ties your registration to that adviser; confirmation that you opened an account and the date; your account status and the effective date of any change to it; the total market value of your account as of the fee calculation date; the asset allocation of your account, meaning how it is divided among the model portfolios and asset classes we offer, but not the individual holdings within them; and the referral compensation we owe that adviser, which is calculated as a share of the advisory fee you pay. We do not send a referring adviser the amount of your advisory fee itself, although an adviser who knows its own compensation rate can work that amount out from the compensation figure. We share this information only with the adviser who referred you, and only so that the adviser can verify the compensation we owe it and can see, at a portfolio level, how the assets it referred are allocated. It is made available to that adviser through our secure adviser dashboard, which shows each adviser the clients that adviser itself referred and nothing else; being an affiliate of ours gives an adviser no broader access. We do not give a referring adviser your Social Security or taxpayer identification number, your date of birth, your account numbers, your bank or card information, your login credentials, your account statements or trade confirmations, your individual holdings or your trading activity, your crypto wallet addresses or crypto transaction detail, your risk questionnaire responses, or your credit information. A referring adviser may not use your information to market to you or to any other person and may not disclose it to anyone else.
Your choices about this sharing. We share the information described above with the adviser who referred you unless you tell us not to. You may tell us to stop at any time, using any of the methods listed under To limit our sharing, and we stop promptly after you do. Federal law does not require us to offer you this choice; we offer it anyway. A referring adviser is not a joint marketing partner of ours, and we do not share your information with a referring adviser under a joint marketing agreement. We will not deny you any product or service, close your account, change your fees, or treat you differently because you ask us to stop.
For California residents. Under the California Financial Information Privacy Act, we will not share your personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, including a referring adviser, unless you give us your written consent. We provide you with two separate forms for that purpose: a Consent to Share Information with Outside Companies, which is how you give that written consent, and a form titled IMPORTANT PRIVACY CHOICES FOR CONSUMERS, which records your choices about sharing with our affiliates. California law requires the consent form to be a separate document, so the two cannot be combined. We will not share your information with a nonaffiliated third party unless and until you sign and return the consent form, and we will not deny you any product or service, or treat you differently, because you decline. Your consent remains in effect until you revoke it, and you may revoke it at any time by contacting us using any of the methods listed under Questions.
For Massachusetts residents. We do not disclose your identity, affairs, or investments to a referring adviser except as this notice describes, and you may stop that sharing at any time using any of the methods listed under To limit our sharing. Massachusetts separately requires us to maintain a written information security program protecting the personal information of Massachusetts residents. We describe those safeguards, and how we handle and dispose of your information, in a separate Massachusetts Information Security and Data Handling Disclosure, which we provide with this notice.
If you live in another state. Outside California, we share the information described above with the adviser who referred you unless you tell us to stop. You may tell us to stop at any time, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Other state laws. Where the law of your state gives you greater rights than this notice describes, we follow the law of your state. If you have questions about your rights in your state, contact us using any of the methods listed under Questions.
Mail-in privacy choices form. If you want to limit our sharing by mail, download the mail-in privacy choices form (PDF), mark your choices, and mail it to Monorail Securities LLC, Attn: Chief Compliance Officer — Privacy Choices, 3322 Bee Ridge Rd., Sarasota, FL 34239. You may also download this full privacy notice (PDF).

However, we do not guarantee the performance or adequacy of such security measures.
b. Limitation on Access. Access to any Personal Data we collect and store is generally restricted to our employees and/or contractors who require it to perform a job or other contracted function. We require vendors and contractors we work with to use reasonable, industry standard protocols to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of Personal Data.

If you believe that a child under the age of eighteen (18) has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at privacy@monorail.com so that we can delete it or obtain verifiable parental consent for that data collection.
